The complete or partial reproduction, dissemination, transmission (electronically or otherwise), modification or use of our websites for public purposes, commercial purposes or private dissemination is prohibited without our written consent and will result in immediate account blocking and criminal consequences. Disclaimer:

We have compiled the content of our pages to the best of our knowledge and belief. We cannot and do not guarantee the function, up-to-dateness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information on our Websites (both our own and third-party authors), the links and in particular the information on the linked websites of third-party providers (including the legality of the content), nor is there any interest in arbitration proceedings. In the event of any of the above, please let us know so that we can continuously improve our services. The rights to external pages as well as the responsibility for their content lie exclusively with the third party provider. We distance ourselves from any content offered on external websites. This applies in particular to content whose dissemination is prohibited under German and foreign law and whose aiding and abetting of dissemination is subject to criminal prosecution. We also cannot guarantee that our pages, our link references or link collections or the linked pages themselves do not contain viruses. As a matter of principle, we reject any liability for material, health or non-material damage, also to second and third parties, in particular also for consequential damage, caused by the use and (incorrect) implementation of the information provided by us, insofar as it was not caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.

You will receive the account details by email. As soon as we have received your payment, we will immediately activate your access. If your transfer has not been received after 14 days and no cancellation has been received by e-mail, we reserve the right to obtain a  credit check on you and may forward your customer data to third parties for this purpose. Piercerfernschule.de can exclude individual means of payment generally or for individual customers without further justification. If you do not meet your payment obligations after a set period of grace, we can claim damages.

Vouchers with the additional option "Distance learning course Plus" include the starter set and are sent via our shipping partner youlindo . The recipient's address is taken from the PayPal payment process and must be checked to ensure it is up to date before purchase. An exchange or return of a voucher is not possible.

VAT and Place of Supply:

The distance learning course is provided from the provider's registered office in Paraguay. It does not qualify as an exclusively electronically supplied service but as a personally supervised educational service. Although the content is delivered via an online platform, individual assessments, feedback, and support are carried out manually by our instructors.

According to international VAT principles and EU Council Directive 2006/112/EC, the place of supply is determined by the location of the service provider and is therefore outside the European Union. Invoices are issued without VAT.

For business customers within the European Union who provide a valid VAT identification number, the reverse charge mechanism applies. In such cases, the recipient is responsible for reporting and paying VAT in their respective member state.

Right of withdrawal of the remote sales contract:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an email to storno@piercerfernschule.de. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exertion of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content and expires prematurely if we have only begun to perform the contract after you have given your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of cancellation when we begin to perform the contract. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.

Cookies: Change cookie settings

We use cookies for certain areas of our website. Cookies are files that store information on your hard drive or in your browser. They allow the website in question to recognise that you have already visited it. Cookies help us to know which sections of this website are most popular because they allow us to see which pages visitors access and how much time they spend there. By studying them, we are better able to adjust our websites to your needs and provide you with a more personalised user experience. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is sent. However, please note that our websites are designed to use cookies and turning them off may affect your use of our websites and prevent you from enjoying all of their benefits.

Certificate and course:

All prices shown on the website are in Euro.

Your access to the distance learning course is absolutely unlimited until you receive your certificate. Upon completion of a learning field, a content summary is created as a PDF, mostly in plain text form. These, as well as your personal notes, are added step-by-step to your digital manual.  This can be accessed in individual files in PDF format via the campus. To protect against illegal distribution, it is provided with various protection mechanisms and watermarks. These ensure personal identification of the course participant for illegal distribution on the internet (see Copyright & copyright)

After completion of all learning fields and the provision of your personalised certificate in high-resolution PDF format for download, access to the individual learning fields expires. Of course, you have permanent access to the personalised edition of your manual discussed above, the online campus, your assignments (within the campus), the lecturer chat, our Facebook exchange group and Whatsapp participant support.

* It is expressly pointed out that the certificate "professional piercer" of the Piercer distance learning school is only an internal award, which is awarded by our company after successful participation in the course. Piercer is not a state-recognised profession, so it is not a state or official recognition.

IP addresses, Google Analytics, Google ReCaptcha, Google Translate and personal data:

We study visitor trends because we have an interest in the successful transmission of information through the websites. Analysis software is used to generate reports that enable us to learn more about how we can improve your use of the websites. We ensure that no personal data of our users is knowingly sold or made available to third parties in any other form. We reserve the right to use all submissions, notes and images of our users for our own purposes, including commercial purposes, but without reference to the creator, author, or his or her person. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. In view of the discussion about the use of analysis tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to point out that our Internet pages use "Google Analytics" with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" and therefore IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form in order to exclude a direct reference to persons. Furthermore, the general terms and conditions of Google apply to services provided by Google.

All animations, PDF documents and videos are provided exclusively in German. Further application or performance errors cannot be excluded. For this reason, we recommend keeping the course language in German and translating it with your own solution if necessary.
